Introduction
Learn how to upload your rental contracts for electronic signatures and get familiar with how your guests can sign those documents.
E-signature FAQ
What forms are signed?
The signature is applied to the printed reservation receipt. You can find this by navigating to the reservation page and then clicking the small print icon in the upper right corner of the reservation.
Is the customer prompted to automatically sign all of my signature lines?
No. There is only one place for the renter's signature. This is because the only signature required is on the reservation receipt page. This signature binds the renter to all further attachments beyond the reservation receipt. This is where your rental contract is attached. Thus agreeing to your terms.

What do my renters see when booking online?
After reservation confirmation, the guest is getting alerted with a banner on their screen that the Booking contract is awaiting a signature.
Once they sign, that banner will turn green on their end and you will see the status of the e-signature reflected on the reservation page.
