Introduction

Learn how to make changes to reservation details from the reservation page

Go to the reservation tab
Select a reservation which will bring you to the reservation page

Change the dates of the reservation

Select start date, then end date
select apply > update prices/ keep current price
- Update price will update the rental amount based on the new selected dates
- Keep current price will not change the rental amount or add ons for the new dates, however coverage will automatically adjust for the dates selected

Vehicle Swap

Go to the Vehicle drop-down menu

Select the vehicle you'd like to change this reservation to (it will only display vehicles available for the date range of the reservation)
Update price or Keep current price
- Update price will recalculate the rental price that is attached to the new vehicle
- Keep current price, keeps the original rental amount even if the swapped vehicle might have a higher or lower rental price
select Save Changes

Adjust pickup/return locations

Toggle between pick-up/drop-off or deliver/pick-up
Edit the time and address that displays on the customers receipt

Toggle Coverage: Click on drop down menu under Insurance to select Get Insurance or Custom Insurance

Editing Charges

Rental Amount - automatically calculated and updates upon "update prices"
Add-ons & Fees - select from available Add-ons or make a new fee.
Taxes - select a tax rate for each specific line on the quote.
Mileage & Generator Fees: Select previously created variable fees to automatically calculate the cost of usage entered on the reservation page.

Premium Services

Available services appear when you open the drop down menu and can be easily added or removed. If a service is not available, it's likely that the reservation or customer does not meet the requirements. Please contact support for more on how to identify the requirements.

If your reservation is already paid and confirmed you can only adjust the
