You have the option to reschedule as well as change credit card details that will be charged for scheduled payments and security deposit authorization.
If a guest contacts you and would like to change the payment card or payment schedule that is going to be charged for a future scheduled payment, follow the steps below. Please note that Security Deposits can only be authorized/claimed once.
Select Reservation tab from the main menu bar on the left
Use search function to pull up applicable reservation and select the booking
Scroll down on the reservation page to/click on the Transactions tab
Select the gear/settings icon to pull up a menu, and select Edit
Pop-up screen provides option to edit date of charge as well as payment card used
Don't see the card you want in the drop down field?
No problem, you would need to add a payment card to the guests profile first.
- select the View Profile under the guest's name when looking at the reservation page
- Select the payment methods tab
- Select add payment method
- Enter the card information
- Select add payment method button
