How to Add a Payment Method to Your Renter's Profile
searching the renter's name in the search bar at the top,
clicking on their name from the Customers tab in the main menu on the left, or
clicking the "View Profile" under the renter's name when looking at their reservation
- Navigate to the renter's profile in Wheelbase by
- searching the renter's name in the search bar at the top
- selecting on their name from the Customers tab in the main menu on the left
- select the "View Profile" under the renter's name when looking at their reservation
- Select on the Payment Methods tab
- Select Add a Payment Methods
- Enter the card information
- Select Add a Payment Methods
Steps to update a guest's payment information
Got a guest who wants to change/add a card on file to be charged for upcoming scheduled payments? Please follow the steps below to change/add a card on file.
Please Note you will not be able to edit or see the payment method for Outdoorsy guests. Outdoorsy guests would need to reach out to Outdoorsy support if they need assistance making the change on their Outdoorsy profile.

Navigate to the customer's profile in Wheelbase

Select on the Payment Methods tab

Select on the green button and add a payment method

Select on the Make Default button to the right of the card you wish to make the default card on file for future payments.
