Learn how to update the address on specific reservations to make sure your guests are meeting you at the right location.
The pick-up and drop-off locations on a reservation will default to the address of the Store Location that vehicle is assigned to.
If you are meeting your guest elsewhere, you'll want to update the address on the specific reservation so the emails the renter receives will have the correct address they should go to at the pick up time.
- Navigate to the reservation tab in your wheelbase dashboard
- Select a reservation
- Select Edit in the top right corner of the reservation page
- Update the address to the new pick-up and drop-off location
- Select save changes
