How to Update the Pick-up and Drop-off Address on a Reservation

Introduction

Learn how to update the address on specific reservations to ensure your guests meet you at the correct location.

The pick-up and drop-off locations on a reservation will default to the address of the Store Location where the vehicle is assigned. If you plan to meet your guest at a different location, it’s important to update the address on the specific reservation so the guest receives the correct pick-up and drop-off details.

 

• Navigate to the Reservations tab in your Wheelbase dashboard.
• Select the reservation you need to update.
• Click Edit in the top-right corner of the reservation page.
• Update the pick-up and drop-off addresses to the correct location.
• Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
