Introduction
You can locate a Wheelbase refund by a yellow badge that says "Wheelbase Refund" next to a transaction in the Transactions Tab of a reservation.
A Wheelbase refund, is a refund to the guest or the host for a service like protection package that was removed from a booking and needed refunding. This refund does not come from your payout. It comes from Wheelbase.
