There are multiple ways where you can find Roadside assistance information.
- In the upper right of every reservation page
- there is a printer icon that generates a reservation receipt.
- This will include the phone number the guest can call in the event of a roadside event and the temporary membership ID.
- This document can be emailed, printed, and downloaded to send to the guest.
- On the right hand side of every reservation page,
- there is a Roadside assistance section that will populate the phone number and ID number.
Please note that the membership ID will not populate until a four days before the booking begins. Until then the membership ID will show pending.
