Introduction
To enable Roadside assistance on a booking
- Go to the reservation page
- Select Enable Roadside Assistance on right side of page
- Fill out customer's information to enable roadside assistance
There was a problem enabling Roadside assistance

Refresh the page and try again

Make sure all customer information is filled out. Address, Email, Phone number (address must be a valid US address)

Check vehicle is eligible (complete information in the Vehicle Insurance menu tab.

Make sure you are not attempting to add Roadside assistance to a reservation after departure. Roadside Assistance cannot be added after it's been checked out or departure date has passed
Note
- You will not be able to remove Roadside assistance within 4 days of the guest's departure
- You will not be able to add Roadside assistance within one days of the guest's departure
