Introduction
This guide will help you navigate the reservations page and efficiently manage your guest’s reservation.

From the main menu on the left, select the Reservations tab to view all your reservations.

You’ll see a list of reservations, and at the top, you can filter them by Current & Upcoming, Returned, and Cancelled reservations.

To view a specific reservation, click on the blue ID number on the left. This will take you to the Reservation Page.
Reservations Overview
On the reservation page, you'll find several sections, such as:
- Reservation Details
- Pricing Breakdown
- Deposit
- Protection package
- Roadside assistance
- Destination & Mileage
In the image below, you'll see where the reservation details are located, the pricing breakdown, and where to pay the deposit and remaining balance. You'll also notice where to toggle insurance options, add drivers, and enable roadside assistance, all from the reservation page. At the bottom-right, you can view the answers to the checkout questions regarding the guest’s destination and estimated mileage usage.

Activity
This section allows you to communicate directly with your renter via built-in email in Wheelbase.
Transactions
Here, you can view the transaction history for the reservation and manage refunds.
Drivers
View all verified drivers for this reservation. Add or Invite additional drivers.
Calendar
This shows the month’s view and all reservations for the vehicle. You can click on a reservation in the calendar to be taken directly to that reservation’s page.
Notes
Add internal notes to the reservation. The dropdown box allows you to color-code the notes for better organization.
Documents & Files
- Once signed, a copy of the guest's electronic signature will be stored here.
- You can also upload and manage files and documents for the reservation
- You can email or print these documents by selecting the appropriate icons.
