Learn how to refund a customer transaction or charge
- Go to the Reservation tab
- Select the reservation
- Scroll to the bottom of the reservation page
- Select the Transactions tab on the reservation page
- Click the gear icon next to the charge you would like to refund
- Select Refund
- Enter amount you would like to refund to customer
Refunds takes 2-5 business days depending on bank processing.
Note: If you need to refund any collected fees for a Premium service, please be sure the service is removed or the booking is cancelled, otherwise Wheelbase will not release the collected fees. Check the Transaction Log to see if any fees were collected on the transaction.
