Outdoorsy guest can request a date change from their guest dashboard, you can approve the request on your reservations page.
View date change requests in Wheelbase
- You will see “change requested” status on the Reservations menu in the main menu on the left, if an Outdoorsy guest requested a date change.
- You also will see a date change banner across the reservation page if there has been a date change request made by the Outdoorsy guest.
- You will also receive a notification email for this date change request from Outdoorsy.
