Introduction
Special hours allow you to block of dates when you are not available for pick-up or drop-off but you still allow guests to book through those dates.
Example
If you want guests to book through the new year (January 1st) but not allow pick-up or drop-off on this date, you can create a special date range for this.
You can also adjust pick-up or drop-off hour of the date chosen.
How do I create Special Hours?
To get started with Special Hours, navigate to the "Store Locations" menu within "Account Settings".
The example below is creating a "New Years Day" Special Hour that does not allow pick-up or drop-off for the entire day of the 1st of January.
- The repeat options allows you the repeat this special hour annually without setting it up for each year.
- If you uncheck the unavailable for pick-up or drop-of checkbox you will be able to set specific store hours for your special hour. This will override you regular location hours for that specific date.
