1099-K Tax Form
You will receive a 2024 tax form (1099-K) as required by law if:

you have a total booking value of at least $5000

the total booking value is the combined value of all rental income, guest/host fees, and insurance
-
this includes funds claimed from the security deposit

there is no transaction limit, which means the total earnings figure can be earned in any amount of transactions, whether it's one booking or one hundred.

- select 'logo' on top right and select 'Account'
