Can I leave a voicemail if no one is available? When will I receive a callback?
Absolutely. If you call after-hours or we’re experiencing a peak-time delay, press 1 to leave a voicemail at any time. We return all calls within 1 business day.
Do I need to call to file a claim?
No, claims must be filed online on your Wheelbase dashboard on the reservation page.

Located at the top of the reservation page is a File an Insurance Claim button, this takes you the submission form in the dashboard.
- Fill out the claim submission form as accurately and honestly possible, and submit. Once submitted a pop up will appear to confirm.
- Once your statement is received, a member of the Claims Team will reach out via email within the next 1 business day. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime. Keep an eye out for emails from [Outdoorsy] and Snapsheet.
