Driver Verifications (for insurance approval– U.S. & Canadian renters only) are becoming more robust, secure, and will be providing your company with better peace of mind that your asset is in safe hands. We're excited to announce that we're enhancing our renter verification process with hundreds of new inputs that will help us better gauge a renter's risk and protect your RV. Not only will this process be much safer than limited DMV checks, but only takes a few seconds to complete. There will be no change to your workflow or how to add drivers for verification, the process will remain the same. We know some of you may still like to conduct a DMV history check, and you can see below for more information.

DMV checks are now available as an optional Premium Service. DMV checks are no longer part of the renter verification process, however, if you would still like to use them, you can enable this feature in your Premium Services. DMV checks will cost you $10/check, but you can pass this charge along to the renter by creating a ‘required’ addon for your reservations. Important to note that this DMV check will not impact a renters insurance eligibility, it’s just for your purposes only.
-
Requiring Premium Services is now an option. You’ll be able to make certain services required on reservations for your renters, such as Damage Protection. This will allow you to ensure that your vehicles are protected, and your renters are covered, all while you continue to make a commission on these services. It’s a win-win-win. To learn how to enable this, click here.
