Fixed an error when using cash as payment method for Security Deposit.
Fixed Checkout to clearly displays "Minimum Nights" when a date selection requires minimum nights.
Creating a new Vehicle, the Cancellation policy now defaults to the Cancellation policy in Account Settings.
