Deposits take between 2/3 business days for US and Canada accounts and 5/6 business days for EU/ AU/ NZ accounts.
Once the amount paid / refunded for a booking has been credited / debited on your bank account, you can expect to see the deposited date on:
The reservation page > transaction tab
The deposit report
Following exceptions will help you understand why there isn't any deposited date showing up on a specific transaction:
- Cash/external transactions: the system won’t be able to disclose any transactions on your bank account for the given transaction for payments taken outside the Wheelbase system.
- European & UK accounts: our transaction provider is not allowed to debit for legal reasons. When you will issue a refund the system will credit the customer's card accordingly and debit your « virtual » merchant account. This balance will remain negative until sufficient funds are received coming from new payments to cover the amounts refunded previously.
