🚌 Insurance Pricing (now reflects under vehicle)
As you may have noticed, insurance pricing now reflects under the 'insurance & roadside' tab for each of your rentals.
Note: Toggling off account level (global) insurance settings allows you the option to tweak settings for specific rigs in your fleet.
💲Deductible/Security Deposit
A reminder that the Wheelbase deductible is always 2% of the stated replacement value (minimum of $500/maximum of $1,500). For more details about claims processing and correct deductible to collect from Outdoorsy guests click here.
Should your security deposits match your deductibles? There was some good discussion on varying approaches on the webinar today (if you missed it this morning or in the intro, click here and go to the 8-minute mark)
📒 Taxes ('tis the season)
As we've mentioned before, the reservation details report = greatest source of truth when reconciling your numbers (we recommend filtering by ‘returns between’ but consistency is most important).
Note: If you export the data, there are more columns (and more data) reflected. Also much easier to slice and dice from a spreadsheet!
