📱 Mobile app access
We're thrilled to announce that the Wheelbase app (beta) is now open to everyone!

🔑 Enhanced reservation management
We've improved a few areas of the reservation experience:
- Photo documentation: Add photos directly during the check-out/check-in processes
- Photo management: View, edit, or remove photos from the reservations page (new tab at the bottom of the reservation)
- Required time selection: Enforce pickup/dropoff time selection in the guest's checkout experience (adjustable in reservation preferences settings)
- New security deposits report: Track the status of all current and past deposits
👥 Customer management
Repeat Guest Recognition: Easily identify your returning customers with new repeat badging Customer Filtering: Filter your customer list to focus on repeat guests.
💰 Simplified pricing & quoting
Fleet-Wide Quoting: Include insurance & delivery when quoting across your entire fleet (accessible via the quotes menu).
🛠️ Platform improvements
- Mobile web experience: Improved navigation and layout for mobile and tablet users
- Add-ons management: Better display functionality on various screen sizes
- Reservation details: Enhanced booking activities information and added location name column to specific reports/exports
- Email settings protection: Added confirmation modal when deleting custom emails & other account settings

Guest facing insurance documentation: A link to our Insurance package details can be found on the guest booking receipt and will be added to the guest checkout flow shortly. Copies of these insurance documents highlighting policy descriptions can also be found here.

🐛 Bug fixes
We've also addressed numerous bugs across the platform, including but not limited to:
- Fixed permission issues with discount codes
- Resolved display problems with insurance bundles
- Corrected visual issues with photos and images
- Fixed dropdown functionality in the checkout flow
- Improved layout in booking receipt documents
- Corrected timezone issues with discount code creation
- Fixed locale-related bugs in the Wheelbase Ember iFrame
