Summer means more bookings – and more awning claims! With awning-related incidents making up roughly 40% of all insurance claims, now is the perfect time to protect your investment. Make sure you're covering awning best practices in your rental agreements, pre-trip walkthroughs, and guest communications to prevent costly damage this busy season.
🛠️ Platform Improvements
Color-coding & labeling unavailable blocks on the calendar Enhanced Calendar Organization:
- You can now assign custom colors AND custom labels to unavailable blocks, making it easy to visually distinguish between different types of downtime (maintenance, personal use, repairs, etc.).
- When you add a label, it will replace the default "unavailable" text while still blocking the vehicle from being booked. This gives you a clear, organized view of why each vehicle is unavailable at a glance. Currently, labels can be added/adjusted by the parent user (email) on the account. A permission will be added to "roles" soon.
Checkout questions report: Access all guest responses in one place.
- View and export detailed checkout question responses through a centralized report, perfect for understanding common responses & trends.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Added the ability to reply to reviews directly from the reservation page. Previously this was only possible from the reviews menu.
- Improve Quotes page for mobile web in Wheelbase.
- Fixed an issue where Stationary Protection wouldn't apply during checkout when set as the default option.
- Now, your 'Transactions' report export includes a 'Remitted Taxes' column, giving you accurate tax and credit amounts for clearer, more reliable financial insights.
- Fixed an issue where consignment payout values were displayed incorrectly on printed receipt
- Fixed an issue where custom email notification using HTML would not properly allow merge tags
- Fixed several French translations in templates and on the iframe. Efforts will be continued to alleviate all discovered French translation errors.

Want to boost your conversion rates? The secret is in your photos! Our data shows that photos meeting all these criteria can increase conversion by up to 40%. Here's how to make your images work harder:
- More photos = more bookings – Additional high-quality images significantly increase your conversion rates. Target at least 15 photos of your vehicle/offering. 20+ is ideal.
- Show the experience – Photos of a set dining table, made bed, or perfect outdoor setup help guests envision their trip.
- Include people (& pets) living the dream – Lifestyle shots with families cooking, friends around a campfire, or couples enjoying morning coffee sell the adventure, not just the RV.
